Dear Team—

I understand you all just finished your town hall - I hope you’re as excited as I am with the good news. Previously I shared you all a message, I stated the following: “I believe in this crew. You all are some of the most motivated and innovative designers we have had the pleasure to work with - and we’re looking forward for that partnership to persist.”

Given your hard work and flexibility, especially over the last year, you repeatedly show that.

The belief in Project ETHOS strengthens every day. To boost the incredible development you’ve made, I am thrilled to announce the new hire as the latest Director of 31st Union. After a period of talks, Ben officially joins us on the specified date.

His guidance and expertise in the PVP shooter space is vast, having devoted the past decade and a half developing and leading some of the most well-known titles in gaming, including Call of Duty: Black Ops, and most recently, the battle royale hit.
